The agreement and warranties commence on the date of this
receipt for the goods or service supplied by Metsys2.com
and, unless stated on the front of your receipt,
will continue for 12 months. This warranty is supplied by
Metsys2.com in conjunction with a standard manufacturer's
12 months' R.T.D. warranty and therefore Metsys2.com
cannot be held responsible for any loss of data due to component
failure. Metsys2.com will replace all defective components
only within the terms of Metsys2.com, suppliers R.M.A.
procedures. Any item that is second user and is stated as being
so will only be replaced if it has been tested by a Metsys2.com
employee or appointed engineer and is found to be
faulty and that is under the limitations of the stated amount
of warranty on the date of purchase.

All payments are for goods and services supplied by Metsys.com
only. Any free offer(s) are the sole responsibility
of the third party supplying the offer and subject to their
terms and conditions.

All warranties will be void if any goods covered by a security
seal are found to have been tampered with, without Metsys2.com
having given consent to do so in writing, or by a
logged telephone call if required.

The customer shall indemnify Metsys2.com against all
claims in respect of any alleged infringement of copyright,
trademark or design, or in respect of any passing off, or
slander arising in consequence to the misuse of the products
or services supplied by Metsys2.com.

Should act of God, War of the Queen's enemies, or act of Parliament,
or other Government action, strike action, postal delay, extreme
weather conditions, or any other reasons beyond the control of
Metsys2.com, then Metsys2.com shall be excused
from carrying out the conditions of this agreement until a normal
situation has returned.

All goods remain the property of Metsys2.com until paid for
in full.

Acceptance of this contract is a condition of purchase of goods
and/or services from Metsys2.com.

This agreement shall in all respects be construed as an English
contract subject to English law.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
